Dangerously Beautiful

This tutorial was written by me on April 4, 2012. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own or post it to any other blog or website without permission from me. It was written for PSP X, but should be compatible with any version of PSP. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Scrapkit of choice. I used a combo PTU kit by Hungry Hill and tube package by Joan Pelaez which you can find HERE at CDO only. Awesome package!! Thanks so much Alison & Joan!! Tube and closeup of choice. Again, I used the gorgeous artwork of Joan Pelaez. You have to be licensed to use her artwork and it can be purchased HERE. Thanks Joan!

Plugins Used:

EyeCandy 3 Perspective Shadow

EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Lokas Software - 3D Shadow

Xero - Fritillary & Porcelain

Fonts Used:

Arial for Copyright Info.

a Theme for murder for name.

THIS IS A SIMPLE TUTORIAL!!

Now let's begin!! Remember to save often!!!

Open a new canvas 600x600 transparent. Add tag back resized as desired as new layer, duplicate and mirror. Add wordart 2 resized as desired as new layer. Hide all layers.

Add Frame 1 resized as desired as new layer, duplicate and move down slightly on right side, duplicate and mirror. Go to layers and merge visible. Unhide all layers.

Add paper 7 resized by 75% as new layer. Add closeup resized as desired as new layer, duplicate and mirror moving as desired in frames. Get your magic wand out and click inside each frame. Go to selections, modify and expand by 10. Selections, invert and delete paper and tubes. Selections and none. Bring frame to top. Add Lokas 3D Shadow with settings at B35, T60, Angles X,Y, and Z at 0, zoom 100, Offset X-Y by 5, Perspective at 35 color black. Click on paper and add Xero Fritillary with settings at 5, 33, 26 and 12. Click on right tube and go to layer palette and set to multiply. Add Lokas 3D Shadow with same settings as above. Click on left tube and go to layer palette and set to darken. Add Lokas 3D Shadow with same settings as above.

Add main tube resized as desired as new layer. Add Xero Porcelain with settings at 50, 126, 130, 140, 64 and 115. Add EyeCandy 3 Perspective Shadow with settings at 90, 100, 80, 50, 15 and color black. Add additional elements resized as desired as new layers. Add Lokas 3D Shadow with same settings as above.

Now add your copyright information and your name.

Add EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow set to 3 and color of choice to name.

Add Lokas 3D Shadow with same settings as above to name.

Save as png and you are done!!
